Finnally a good day. It wasn't even so hard. :))

- veggies soup,
- 9 lazy dumplings,
• Owocowa Wyspa,
• 4 small peaches,
• supper:
- slice of dark bread with kiwi,
• cup of strawberry cocktail,
• 3 slices of strawberry cake,


• water: 1l+



• workout:
- 110 squats,
- 25xholdx25 bridges with widely spaced legs,
- 25xholdx25 bridges with legs together,
- 50 crunches,
- 50 crunches with leg rised 90○,

Geez. Last couple of days were a disaster. I don't know why, but in the winter, when i had no motivation, because nobody was seeing my belly anyway, i could eat clean and exercise, and know it's so hard. I haven't  workout for a 4 days know, and hollydays are in just a week. My abs and butt looks nothing like they should, and i know, i can't fix it in 7 days. It's sad, cause i worked for it hard in winter, march and may. Well, what can i do, it was so hot lately, i couldn't exercise, because of it (it's 00, and it's still 28○ in my room, it's insane).

- red cabbage,
• row of rice chocolate,
• kinder chocolate,

- hard boild egg,
- slice of dark bread with egg,
• lunch:
- chop,
- tomato, cucumber, letuce salad,
- spinach,
- potatos,
• banana,
• supper:
- cottage cheese,
- slice of dark bread with jam,


• water +2l  & 2 mugs of green tea


• butt workout:
- 240 squats,
- 25xholdx25 bridges with widely spaced legs,
- 25xholdx25 bridges with legs together,
- serie of leg rise for each side (right side twice),
- 25xholdx25 donkey kicks for each side,
- streching,

Ok, so my exercizing didn't work, but tommorow there'll be no excuses. I'll maybe even go for a run. :))
Today i've eaten weird stuff, my mom made cake again and i just cant resist that.

• breakfast:
- hard boiled egg,
- half slice of dark bread with tomato,
• 5 slices of my mom's cheesecake with tangerines,
• lunch:
- 8 dumplings with cheese,
• ice cream (swiderek),
• supper:
- frogs' leg,
- crab stick,
- springroll,
- 2 maki
• 2,5 mint candies,
• few tic tac's,


• a lot of water and tea & 2 cups of coffe


After two months of searching, i've finnaly bought a pair of jeans, but when i got home i discoverd that there's button missing. But i made a photo anyway. My stomach looks all right, but i have to focus on butt, because it got worse.

Today was a almost good day. No sweets, but also no excesizing. I slept in my friend's in Katowice, so i hadn't got a chance. Today Agata's coming over for a night, but i just have to workout. Wish me luck.

- cucumber soup,
- apple pancakes,
• supper:
- fish; carrot; tomato, cucumber, letuce salad; a little rice, 2 potatos,
• beer (250ml),

• water: not much, maybe 0,75 l

Jellysjellysjellys. Definetly too many Haribo's. Recently i'm not doing good, eating worse and exercizing less. I have to get over myself, cos summer's near. New workout plan didnt work, so i just have to fix it and it's finnaly time to start again.



• breakfast:
- Cini Minis with milk
• shool:
- bun with cheese,
- banana,
• lunch:
- vegatable soup,
- potatoes, chop, beets,
• banana,
• too many Haribo's (end),
• row of rice chocolate,
• supper:
- 4 sandwitches: honey; jam; blue cheese; blues cheese, tomato, cucumber,
• 4 fudges


• water: 1,5 l + mug of green tea
