Jellysjellysjellys. Definetly too many Haribo's. Recently i'm not doing good, eating worse and exercizing less. I have to get over myself, cos summer's near. New workout plan didnt work, so i just have to fix it and it's finnaly time to start again.



• breakfast:
- Cini Minis with milk
• shool:
- bun with cheese,
- banana,
• lunch:
- vegatable soup,
- potatoes, chop, beets,
• banana,
• too many Haribo's (end),
• row of rice chocolate,
• supper:
- 4 sandwitches: honey; jam; blue cheese; blues cheese, tomato, cucumber,
• 4 fudges


• water: 1,5 l + mug of green tea
